Brand-new units with nice balcony and a view of Puno plus a big terras, and the staff were competent.

It has gentle, competent staff. The room is normal double and new-fashioned with a very comfy bed and pillows.

Boutique hotel with excellent stuff and nice views of the cathedral. Great location to a Catholic church. Plenty of tourist attractions next to the venue, like a cathedral and a church.

Nice food including a rich breakfast with bread, cereals, yoghourt and fruit. Very clean bed in the standard twin room, plus climate control and a chair:)))

Marvellous and quiet location, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Main Square. Set in a downtown area so close to close proximity to the city center, the central plaza and the center of the town.

This hotel is fantastic right at the Cathedral of Puno, with great conditions and extremely polite, professional, and helpful staff. The location is terrific as it is near the center of Puno, overlooking the cathedral. The rooms have a separate sitting area, separate toilet and bathroom, and a lovely big balcony overlooking the city with lake views. Additionally, the breakfast starts at 6am and offers a variety of choices.

All aspects of the hotel were more than satisfactory.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, close to the main attractions in town. The staff at Conde De Lemos were incredibly helpful, arranging pickup for us from the airport and ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The view from our room was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. it was a great value and we highly recommend staying here.
